Please note, the information below applies to students transferring from another school.
- Records must be requested from the current school of attendance and sent to St. John of the Cross School for review.
- The principal will review the records. If there are no serious behavior or academic issues, the parents and student will have an interview with the principal.
- Registration Packet must be completely filled out (this includes the Tuition Contract, Service Agreement, Parishioner Commitment if applicable, and a TMS enrollment form if applicable. TMS is the tuition collection company.
- A copy of the child's birth certificate, social security card, and Baptismal certificate if applicable must be submitted with the registration packet.
- Registration Fee ($150 per child, nonrefundable)
- Supervision Fee ($100 per family) and Technology Fee ($50 per family) are due at the time of registration or can be added to the tuition payments.
- A summer mailing will be sent to notify families of the start of school, school supply lists, etc.
- Every new student and parent is required to sign an "Entrance Contract" on the first day of school.
- Ohio EdChoice Scholarship applications close. Student must be registered before the application can be submitted.
Please note the order of admissions is as follows:
- Currently enrolled students and their siblings
- Parishioners of St. John of the Cross
- Euclid parishioners without schools
- General Public
