Please note, the information below applies to students transferring from another school.

  1. Records must be requested from the current school of attendance and sent to St. John of the Cross School for review.

  2. The principal will review the records. If there are no serious behavior or academic issues, the parents and student will have an interview with the principal.

  3. Registration Packet must be completely filled out (this includes the Tuition Contract, Service Agreement, Parishioner Commitment if applicable, and a TMS enrollment form if applicable. TMS is the tuition collection company.

  4. A copy of the child's birth certificate, social security card, and Baptismal certificate if applicable must be submitted with the registration packet.

  5. Registration Fee ($150 per child, nonrefundable)

  6. Supervision Fee ($100 per family) and Technology Fee ($50 per family) are due at the time of registration or can be added to the tuition payments.

  7. A summer mailing will be sent to notify families of the start of school, school supply lists, etc.

  8. Every new student and parent is required to sign an "Entrance Contract" on the first day of school.

  9. Ohio EdChoice Scholarship applications close. Student must be registered before the application can be submitted.

Please note the order of admissions is as follows:

  • Currently enrolled students and their siblings
  • Parishioners of St. John of the Cross
  • Euclid parishioners without schools
